Today we are waiting for the warm-up. Then the race starts at three a clock. The weather is hot.. It is going to be a hard race. The track is more than 50 degrees and in the car we are expecting even hotter temperature. I am loading up with water now.

Yesterday evening was very nice, I was invited by team owner Milan Maderyc to a KISS koncert in Prague.
Not my kind of music but the action was great!

Race on / Thed

I have been driving two cars, one that we will use in the longdistance race tomorrow amd one that I will use in a sprint race on sunday.

It is really a nice felling to drive the Czech DTM cars for team BRT. The cars are fast and the goal for me and the team is to win both the long race and the short.

We have qualifyied second and third position for the short race. Tomas Enge took pole position. He was fast but it will be interesting to try to beat him on sunday. He was making some mistakes today and in the race you cannot make any if you want to win. 

Soon it is time for the long distance qualy. The most difficult thing in the qualy is to get a free lap, there are 50 other cars that also want to be fast..

Jag och Göransson på en motordag med 25 bilar där vi har varit instruktörer. Vårt jobb idag var att vara personliga coacher och utveckla varje förare under ca en halv timme. Det har gått riktigt bra, vädret var kanon och alla skötte sig perfekt. Några sena inbromsningar men det hör ju till! Imorgon bär det av till tjeckien för mig. / thed

Det var en tung söndag. Vi lyckades inte få till bilen, vi hade hela tiden problem att få grepp fram. Jag tog mig inte ens till super pole och det är nästan första gången som jag missar den utan att något hänt. Jag startade tia och när racet var slut så var jag sexa. Många tvingades bryta, det var ett hårt race i värmen. Tråkigt när det är race på hemma plan att vi inte fick bilen att gå. Nu är det bara att ta nya tag och ladda om till göteborg! Kvalet blev svårt. Jag fick bara tionde tid och för första gången på länge så var jag utanför super pole. Nu ser jag fram emot ett tufft race. Jag tror att bästa taktiken är att vara lite kylig och invänta misstag från andra bilar. / thed
